About FuMi


In 2017, he began his YouTube journey while studying in the Philippines and rose to

 nationwide fame after appearing on the hit reality show Pinoy Big Brother, which had

 over 100,000 applicants. He has since built a successful career across television, film,

 commercials, and magazines, becoming one of the most recognized Japanese

 personalities in the Philippines. In 2022, he collaborated with the Japan International

 Cooperation Agency (JICA) on a globally recognized rabies awareness project and was

 selected for Newsweek Japan’s “100 Japanese People Respected by the World.” He

 currently serves as brand ambassador for Pocari Sweat Philippines and Tourism

 Ambassador for Hamamatsu. In 2024, he launched his music career as FuMi, continuing

 his mission to connect Japan and the Philippines through music and culture.
