Processing Time
All orders require 12-14 business days for processing before shipment. Each item is handmade and carefully prepared, which is why we need this preparation period. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Area
We ship worldwide from our locations in the Philippines and Japan. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Below are the standard rates by region:
- Philippines (Domestic): Free
- Japan (Domestic): ₱400
- Japan (International from PH): ₱3,000
- North America (USA, Canada): ₱3,500
- Europe: ₱3,900
- Oceania (AU, NZ): ₱3,200
- Asia: ₱2,500
- Rest of World: ₱3,800
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). You can use this to track your package's delivery status.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us at info@nagomilab.net with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
