Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at M.S.LAB INC. Since all of our products are handmade accessories crafted with care, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nagomilab.net with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
